battery charger for my lithium batteries...
#2
The first one is 10 amps (charging per hour) 100Ah in 10 hours
The second one is 20 amps (per hour) 100Ah in 5 hours
The second one will take half as long to charge than the first..
IF they are discharged significantly .
(2 depleted 230Ah batteries with a 10A charger is 46 hours ..)

But new ones are usually close to full !
So it wouldn't matter too much but that's what you need to know for using in the future..
Also , your batteries will have a max charging amp rating in the spec sheet. EX:50 amp max charge rate on a 100Ah battery
That is the size of the biggest charger you should use. .. (a 50 amp charger would charge it in 2 hours....).

Pretty much all you need to know to decide .

I'd get the first one (at that $25 price , it's almost disposable)
especially if you don't think you'll ever need it again .
A higher amp rating will make a difference in charging time if you need to charge with a genny etc.

I was just checking out the LiTime battery on scamazon and I see they make a 20A charger selling for $110 !
The Renogy 20A is $110 , Victron has 5A , 15A and 30A from $85 - $185
stay tuned
