well they aren't that good, 'possum is better but so darn greasey....best to put them in a trash can for a wk and feed them only taters, that de-fats them a bit to get out the greasy wild taste....2 wks is better who wants to wait that long for a meal to happen.
Coons are a PIA, while cute, never hurt unless required, they ate up our chickens to where we had to deal and we deal tough when we deal
in the end the chickens won of course, cause we made it so
