Just wanted to post some info on Lectric e-bikes. I bought one back in November. I needed to charge it the other day, and it wouldn't charge. The order for charging is plug in the charger to the wall, the light turns green, plug in the charger to your turned off bike, charger is supposed to turn red, charger turns green when bike is fully charged. My charger was staying green even though the bike was just under 50%.

I contacted Lectric and told them what was happening. Short story, after asking a couple questions, they have sent me a new charger.

Good customer service, but chargers may be problematic (based on research, it's a common issue). I do plan on keeping this charger inside the RV just in case being temperature controlled helps...

Chargers are currently $50 if they won't keep replacing. Just an FYI.
