Never trust someone with a metric tape measure. Just kidding. With all my trips to Euroland, I had never seen one until this video. I do have my own metric rulers and metric capable calipers.
He has serious machining and fabrication skills, along with the equipment.

Not a golf car, it's 30" wide 24v industrial steel diamond plate, runs all gay @10mph with room for your dog, groceries, etc, just put the slow moving triangle on or handicap placard if you have one & drive it right in the store.

It's a golf cart. Several batteries, electric motor. Pedal Start. It's a golf cart. Different body but it's a golf cart.
Heavy, slow, industrial.

An overweight golf cart.
Toyota Manufacturing in Georgetown, KY primarily used EZ-GO branded carts, so they were all called "Ez-Gos". They had some Cushmans. I got qualified to drive them, nice to get outside between Plant 1 and Plant 2 for some time in the sun with peace and quiet..

Around here those things are typically called 'tow-motors' since they are used not only for shuttling personnel but also for towing flat carts and pulling orders...or maintenance chores, etc.
At any rate, certainly not a substitute for lightweight short distance grocery-getting with an e-scooter on gravel roads.

Friend of mine MixFlip on YouTube just posted a scooter that is off-road capable with twin 1000 watt hub motors. Got him up to 29mph on road and slightly down hill but he is a hefty boy as well. He liked it. But it’s close to two bills. 1579 or such. I see them all over here you can rent and drop them all over the city. Grab one to the subway and then just leave it at the subway station. One wheel super speedsters are here too. Those are crazy but food delivery guys use them. Fast fast stupid fast.
