Your battery must be charged also for it to light up.  Your fridge might have a little light to show if it's on.  Check to see if you have propane and it's on.

If there is a button that should be lit for on/off and it's not it probably isn't getting any power.   If you have the light just keep it shut overnight and wait and see.

You may need to do what they call a "burp".   That requires taking it out and turning it over and driving down a bumpy road. Wait 24 hours then turn it back up and plug it all back in and try to get it going again.

For it to run on propane there is only one tiny little flame that stays lit and sips the propane.  Takes a long time to get cool but once it is it's no big deal to keep it that way.

Thanks. You and Snik inspired me to hit the google again, but there doesn't seem to be a damn thing applicable to this model, which is an old one. There's no auto mode. Manual shift between 12V, 110, and propane. It works fine on AC, seems to cool right down, but though the igniter clicks like mad, no propane seems to be getting through, and it doesn't seem to do anything on 12V, either. Thought I saw it almost catch, once, when I was trying to get it started, but not even sure that was the case, because I didn't see it happen again. Given that it seems to be fine on 110, I'd assume that the refrigerant is ok. Can't get at a damn thing on this. Going to have to take it out, it seems. Finding out how to do that! Wish me luck!

Oh, hell. Going to have to take it somewhere. References to shutoff valves, of which I can find none, and no explanation anywhere of how to get the damn thing out of my roadtrek. No access panel. SHEESH!

i tossed the 40 year old 3 way and am going 12v compressor,my main issue with 3 ways is that they need to be on a near flat surface to work where 12v compressor will work on a tilt and once you get your solar dialed in the 12v will run for free until the compressor gives out,saw estimated life spans of the compressor to be 15-30 years

both new 12v compressor and 3 ways are pretty expensive so fixing what you have should be your best value
