Yes. It comes up with safari says it isn’t a secure website
It also takes a long time to load something I want to post

I suspect the connection is (coincidentally) stalling during the handshake used to negotiate the encrypted session. I don't think it has to do with the security certificate or anything like that.
Dunno if it is bandwidth or CPU bottlenecking; I'd suspect the latter if the timeouts continue to occur during the SSL/TLS handshake. Starting a "new" session is computationally "expensive".
