I wanted to post a quick video of our future plans for the exterior of our van. I'm not sure if all of this can be done. I'm hoping that some of you have experience and can help advise me.

Not everyone has the bandwidth for the videos. How about a short explanation of what it is about?

Building a dream. YES ,you can have all that , probably need something bigger to build it on though.
Next step up is on 19.5" wheels (2 ton) .
Running overweight could be problematic with DOT as well as insurance and will wear everything out PDQ as well.. Remember , you have to be able to stop it too.
Get it on a truck scales and see what you (hopefully) have left to GVW.
Then weigh everything going in as you plan/build.
Maybe a cargo trailer for some of your desired ideas? But still a GCVW to consider.
Any kind of signage wrap could classify it as commercial requiring higher costs for insurance and registration. Check local specifics.
