Renogy is outsourcing selling these on credit with another company. They offer extended payment plans or you can break your purchase down into four payments one every two weeks. These rascals had too many whereases and where to fours and howevers. I'll just use my Navy Federal card I have no interest for 15 months on anything I purchased from them as long as I pay it within 15 months so that works for me because that other one was variable interests and I've seen some of those variable interest kind of deals where it just sounds such a good deal and then you get down to it and it's a pain in the ass and you can never talk to a live person it took me three days to talk to somebody at renegy and their system kept dropping the call not my crappy cell phone for a change.
Luckily a few years ago somebody gifted me with a renergy 30 amp adventurer controller
I just hope the hell I can figure out how to get all the right screws nuts bolts and wires in the right place you know I've been electrocuted once as a child and I really didn't enjoy it and I don't have anybody around to drive me to the freaking hospital this time I had to go on an ambulance the last time.
THIS CELL PHONE HAS GOT A GLITCH IN IT SYSTEM EVER SINCE THEY REBOOTED IT FOR ME I'VE LOST A BUNCH OF STUFF AND IT WON'T STAY ON CAPS ONLY.
UNLIKE SOME PEOPLE LIKE MY SISTER I DON'T HAVE TO BE LOOKING AT A CELL PHONE TO TALK TO IT BUT I NEED TO DO IT WHEN I'M USING THIS AND GOING BACK AND FORTH CUZ BETWEEN NUMBERS AND PUNCTUATION IT JUST DROPS MY CAPITAL LETTERS.
WHERE IS MY VAN BUILD THREAD......... PURGATORY OR STRAIGHT TO HELL....
INQUIRING MINDS WANT TO KNOW

Never researched them but @ those prices I'd guess the suitcases have basic pwm controllers built in ! ...?
They would be a good choice for your A-liner cuz you can set it up anywhere and not add weight to the roof for lifting.
The panels alone would save some cash if you can use that controller you already have ....and don't mind if you have to deal with less convenience. You might find a couple of people here that can tell you how to wire it.
Plus , if you decide to mount it all on the van , you could plug the camper into the van solar or just use the van by itself...
stay tuned

IS NUMBER ONE BELOW A FORUM ISSUE
# 1. WHY WHEN I HIT NEW REPLY THE ONLY OPTION I GET IS TO REMAKE A REPLY TACKED ON TO THE BOTTOM OF THE LAST REPLY?
# 2. SINCE THE EYELINER ALREADY HAS A 12 VOLT SYSTEM WITH A BATTERY AND A INVERTER OR IS IT A CONVERTER?
I AM 99% SURE THAT I'M GOING FOR A 200 W FOLDING SUITCASE AS A PART OF A SOLAR SET UP FOR THE VAN. MY FIRST ROAD TRIP IN THE VAN WILL BE TO KENTUCKY TO MEET MY NEW DAUGHTER-IN-LAW. HOPEFULLY I CAN DO THAT BY MAY OF THIS YEAR. THEY HAVE A ONE BEDROOM APARTMENT AND A MALE TOMCAT. ALTHOUGH QUEENIE HAS HAD HER OWN HERD OF MAIL TOMCATS AND ONLY CHASES CATS WHEN THEY RUN FROM HER I'M NOT SURE HOW THIS CAT WILL FEEL ABOUT HER INFRINGING ON HIS TERRITORY.
I INTEND TO SLEEP IN THE VAN AND PRETTY MUCH JUST LIVE OUT OF THE VAN EVEN AT THEIR APARTMENT. I WANT ENOUGH SOLAR TO AT LEAST OPERATE TWO CHEAP FANS HANGING IN THE ONE WINDOW THAT ROLLS DOWN IN THE SOB. THIS WILL BE OUR THIRD SUMMER WITH NO AIR CONDITIONING IN THE FAN EVEN THOUGH FIXING THE AC WAS PART OF THE TRADE FOR MY RANGER 4X4. LON THE MECHANIC DID DO A LOT OF WORK ON IT INCLUDING ON THE REAR AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM IN IT SINCE BECAUSE IT IS A CONVERSION VAN IT CAME WITH A FRONT AND ALSO A REAR AC SYSTEM
I'D REALLY LIKE TO HAVE AN ELECTRIC VENTING FAN STUCK INTO THE PASSENGERS REAR DOOR WINDOW BECAUSE THAT WAY SINCE THE DRIVER'S WINDOW IS THE ONLY ONE THAT ROLLS DOWN I CAN PULL AIR IN AND OUT ACROSS THE VAN. I ALSO DESPERATELY NEED A WAY TO KEEP MY INSULIN AT A SAFE TEMPERATURE AT ALL TIMES AND I CARRY A LOT OF INSULIN WITH ME.
I WOULD LIKE TO HAVE AND NEED A BEAVER<<<<<<
