I cut up a large carrot into no less than 8 pieces, and a quarter onion and add them to heating water.
Then I make Fiona's Dinner, kibble mixed with some wet food.
Then I cut up a fistful or so of several peppers. Long thin slices, except the serranos whch I cut diagonal with the seeds and guts. Jalpeno, serrano, anaheim, yellow chile, about, whatever I bought which looked freshest.
Dice some garlic
add 1/2 Lb of whole wheat pasta to near boiling water, stir. Once boiling shut off stove.
Dice plum tomatoes
Dice 5 to 7 Thai chili peppers
Stir pasta once or thrice, return to boil, shut off stove.
Once nearly fully cooked, drain water into fiona's empty food dish, return contents to stove on lowest possible heat.
Add diced peppers, tomatoes, garlic, salt, Greek olive oil and a generous helping of trader Joe's garden patch vegetable juice, Stir.
Its quite spicy, with 85% of the heat from the finely diced Thai chilies but sometimes the serroanoes or Jalapenoes are spicier than expected. I have used habanero for the heat, but they recently raised the prices on these 5 fold recently, and they do not last very long, and are not really hot or flavorful enough.
Trader Joe's has parmesean cheese for bout half the price of Kraft.
Douse the pot liberally as required, and slam no less than 3 cheap american beers while eating with Fiona trying again, yet failing, to successfully accomplish telekinesis.
If I got a high protein craving, I add a can of half salt albacore., but this can make Fiona go a bit nuts pawing the air and grunting for some, whilst trying to levitate the can to her perch with her mind.
I do slight variations of this dish often, different peppers, pasts styles, different amounts of peppers vs the carrot and onions, cut to different thicknesses/ lengths.
Sometimes if I have no vegetable juice or tomatoes, I use milk instead, and Alfredo it.

Last night I cooked sausage (link kind) and diced potatoes in a skillet (saw it as a recipe somewhere). Super easy, "hardest" part was chopping up the sausage. My grandson was with me and he loved it (picky 8 year old). Today I fried a couple eggs and tossed in the leftovers right before I flipped the eggs. I still have 1/2 the sausage and more potatoes left so I might have to try that again.

It's been a while, but I've done a few 3-day+ fasts. Once I'm past the 24-hour mark, it's pretty easy. YMMV of course. I am far too 'carby' to attempt a fast right now.
Warning: Day 2 might be spent in the bathroom a lot. A 3-day fast does some amazing things for our benefit. It's been a long time since I've studied the science behind it, but I think fasting even 24 hours is very beneficial.
No bun hamburgers are pretty good. I keep "low carb mac sauce" on hand even now. Mayo, low sugar ketchup, mustard, relish and a touch of liquid stevia if you like miracle whip better than mayo. I don't like miracle whip anymore, but I still miss that slight sweet taste sometimes. Some people add onion powder, salt, pepper...

Lowish carb burgers. If I remember my Atkins correctly you subtract the fiber from the carbs. So buns are rye and pumpernickel mix super high fiber and no sugar the monster wanted an animal style burger. Saw it on a movie: “what’s an animal style burger?”
What? Animal style? Were did you hear that?”
“Movie on Netflix”
“Oh it comes from IN and Out burger in California.”
“Is it popular? It’s just a cutlet on a bun...”
“It’s on Netflix in Russia Monster so what do you think?”
“Can you make an American burger?’
“I-am Canadian so it has to have bacon”
“And cheese?”
“Sure we ain’t Jewish.”
