Welcome to the club !
The pain is your reward for living such a long + productive life. (productive = abuse)
I find short sessions of abuse err , I mean productivity ,,, and then a rest to determine the pain level achieved.
Then decide to continue or it's 4:20.....pain relief time.
stay tuned

Sadly, pain relief puts me right out of the picture. Toast. I have discovered that doing thiings when you're about done in is not the best idea. Borrowed the neighbor's ramps yesterday afternoon, and somehow managed to drive right up and over the fackers. Don't even ask... Jacked the damn thing up, got 'em out, went to town, got some more, went to pay, realized I'd not transferred money from long pants to shorts. Back home, got bucks, went back and got them. I do NOT live close to town. Decided I was done for the day.
On a very happy note, I came home to a new battery. A HUGE surprise from a friend to whom I'd lent a hand, way back along. Well, there you go! Feeling pretty good about that!

Battery Score !
That will make checking out your electrical much easier.
Hey , don't think driving over ramps is exclusive to you !
I've done it several times , the ramps even survived a few of them.
( most of my vehicles didn't need ramps , or jacks. My class A was high enough for me to sit up under it.)
Old Blue is just testing you...
stay tuned

Well, I realized that working on all the mechanical stuff is going to take me time. Lots of it. Don't have as many work hours in me as I used to, and I'm going to move slowly and really carefully. Planning on spending this weekend at a friend's property by a lake, not far away, and then I'll come home and get started on the hard stuff. In the meantime, I'm working on that black tank leak, reconfiguring this and that, making sure my fridge still works, etc.. I'll get things cleaned up, stuff put back where it belongs, and feel good about that part, anyway!

Everything you learn doing it , is probably in the same way those giving advice learned. (including me) "If I could do it , anybody can"... seems to be applicable here.
One bite at a time , that big ol' van/elephant will be squared away ,,,,,eventually !
I'm always a phone # away.......
