RANDY THE MOBILE TRAVELLER RIG BURNT

ON THURSDAY 8/22 RANDYS TRAILER CAUGHT FIRE GOING DOWN THE ROAD ABOUT 100 MILES FROM PIERRE SD.

  RANDY WAS ABLE TO GET UNHITCHED FROM THE TRAILER AND THEN FILMED IT WHILE STANDING BAREFOOT IN A FIELD ACROSS THE ROAD.  NO ONE STOPPED TO OFFER HELP.  I COULDN'T BELIEVE THAT PEOPLE WOULD DRIVE SO CLOSE TO A BURNING RIG.

I KNOW RANDY WAS AT THE VAN BUILD {I THINK JAMIES}.  I THOUGHT MAYBE SOME OF YOU GUYS MIGHT KNOW HIM.

DURING THE EARLY PART OF THE VIDEO HE COMMENTS  "IF ANYONE HAS ANYTHING TO SAY ABOUT THE CAMERA SHAKING JUST BITE ME!!"}  I THOUGHT I WAS THE ONLY ONE LEFT WHO USES THAT PHRASE.  WHEN I SAY IT TO MY SON WHEN HE'S GETTING ON MY NERVES HE SEZ " GEE MAMA REALLY?".

I don't know him, but I'm so sorry to hear that awful news.  The people living the vanlife are usually the ones who can least afford the loss.

Wow, so glad he is ok. Hope he's able to get a another one and replace some of his belongings in short order. That burnt to almost nothing in less than 20 minutes. Shows you how much time you don't have if you're ever caught in the same unfortunate situation. Only seconds to get out of one if you're in it when that happens.
