Always keep in mind that you can pressure can meat for yourself.  It's likely feasible to do it in a campground with running water, but probably better to do it at a friend's house.

St. Paul Merchandise has a 22-wick kerosene stove suitable for outdoor canning.  A lot of produce hits peak season while the weather is still hot, so many people prefer to do their prepping indoors, and then do the actual hot canning outdoors so they don't heat up the house.
