Yep, And caulk. And caulked the screws
I think it is coming in through the frame of the window itself....

Have you removed the screen and checked the frame joints in that area? I went back to your exterior pic and enlarged it. Looks like a possibility for a leak?
Or tape plastic over the flat edge inboard of the screws and cover the glass / screen area and see if it dries up. Might help narrow down the source.

never thought I'd be annoyed by good weather.. lol little/no rain last night.
Well, that will change today, thank heavens.. should get rain and wind tonight.. that should do.
also- my employer teased me about leaving at the worst time.. Apparently there is a HUGE job coming in - something like 10x the size of our normal stuff.
So- I generously offered to delay my vacay a week, to help out.
(and gain another week of build/troubleshoot time.. )
They will let me know Monday or Tuesday, if my vacay starts on Wednesday or not..
Today, I plan on finishing the bed, and getting the kitchen/desk in place, and working on battery box, and finding a 'curtain/desk' (yeah things are multi purpose..lol) had another flash of brilliance that might work...

Hallelujah!
Trumpets, Drums, Lights from on high, Choirs of Frigging Angels!
after 20-50mph winds and pouring rain last night.
I feel relatively confident it holds against water now.
Also on the list of accomplishments
Physical security - throw bolt goes Into the Steel Frame of the door and 2 of the plate screws go into the steel door framing.. that should do for now..
visual security too

Yesssss! Now, onward. May the rest of your build be trouble free. Or at least lots less troublesome.
