Running overweight could be problematic with DOT as well as insurance and will wear everything out PDQ as well.. Remember , you have to be able to stop it too.
Get it on a truck scales and see what you (hopefully) have left to GVW.
Then weigh everything going in as you plan/build.
Maybe a cargo trailer for some of your desired ideas? But still a GCVW to consider.
Any kind of signage wrap could classify it as commercial requiring higher costs for insurance and registration. Check local specifics.
