I might have a deal with the guy who cut my rocks. He made a phone call and found a polisher for $100. Since he was calling for me I had first choice. If I let him buy it he would set me up and help me polish the four stones.

BINGO!

I don’t have to take this 300 lb 4x4x5 machine back with me. As soon as I am done he will have it sold at a good price.

And he will teach me how to do it.   BONUS!

How does the polisher work and what are you going to do with them after you finish polishing ?

Well the polisher is a shallow pan that rotates. Various types of polishing media go into it and the rocks go face down. You need to rotate and move the rocks around to keep the polished surface even. It will take about 5 different grits of media to get it right.

I will be posting pictures to show everyone the process.

The “new” polisher is in sad shape. Completely home made by Noah.

I have run out of time and need to start packing up for van build.

When they are done, I will put them up for sale. They run several hundred dollars each half.

The entire place is a rock show

Here is some burro creek grape agate that I found at the show. I am going to have to buy my own polisher for the dragons eggs.

They look promising . Throw some water on them and take that pic over. Should be a lot closer to the final result.
Maybe you could even become a "Rock God" ? You already have the (overloaded?) tour bus...... git 'er done . the rock show at half way so you still have time to show them.

More heat in my general direction plz. (I know you'd probably enjoy that !)

One that was too big to push off the mountain.

And some little ones that kept calling my name until I picked them up.
