If possible have the seller do a short circuit current (ISC) test. These panels are rated 5.98 amps ISC. If you have a VOM rated for 10 amps, this can be used to do the test. It's likely the panel will put out less than rated because the sun is at such a low angle this time of year.

you can use a multimeter to test them if the amps are under 10

I JUST SAW ON THE WEB THAT BLOOMBURG NEWS, FINANCIAL POST OF 11/11/19 THAT SUN POWER IS NOT GOING TO BE MAKING PANELS. THEY WILL CONCENTRATE ON INSTALLATIONS.
PANEL PRODUCTION IS SPUN OFF INTO A NEW COMPANY MAXEON. A COMPANY BASED IN SINGAPORE THAT WILL HAVE FACTORIES IN FRANCE, MALAYSIA, MEXICO. AND THE PHILLIPPINES. THIS WAS A POP UP ON THE WEATHER APP I USE. I'M JUST THROWING THIS INFO OUT THERE. I DON'T KNOW IF THIS WILL HAVE A AFFECT ON THEIR PANELS OR NOT.<<<<< LIKE "I" WOULD KNOW? ![]() TJB I DON'T GO CRAZY
I AM CRAZY I JUST GO NORMAL FROM TIME TO TIME

Actually at 41x61 they are really small for a 327 watt panel. Normally they are 39x77 at that wattage. The 250 watt panels are 31x61 and I'd hang a pair off the nose of the trailer if for no other reason than some PEOPLE think that it's okay to break the first commandment of solar.......
THOU SHALL NOT HAVE MORE SOLAR THAN JIM

I’m not sure how to attach panels on my roof. It is a Ford Transit CONNECT with closed rail on top. The panels might be as big as most of my roof.

I just bought a couple more Topoint 190 watt panels to go with 3 already on the side of the cargo trailer. My landlord has a pallet of SunPower 430 watt and 325 watt panels from Santan. But they are too big for my RV. But I like Jim’s idea of placing a single 430 watt panel on a truck or Mini van. I missed my chance to get a 430 watt from him as another solar installation came up. Ordering by the pallet saves a bundle on shipping. Maybe have a entire pallet load delivered to Quartzsite somewhere?? A group buy? But Santan Solar is close enough to drive near Phoenix.
