Just dropping in to the Welcome Center to say hello,

I'm new to van life.  I own a 1999 Toyota Hiace and it's currently in the conversion stage. 

I've learned a lot so far about van life, camper conversions, etc.  I hope to continue learning more; especially about solar power, ventilation and purifying the air inside a van.

I only get to work on my van conversion one day per week so it's been a long camper conversion.  I estimate I have two days worth of work left, which for me translates into two weeks.

Anyway, I think I've rattled on enough.  Thanks for reading

Pics of the rig (and conversion in progress) if you have any are usually requested so all can drool over it's coolness !!
There are others here in build mode or planning stages looking for ideas.
You may find inspiration too if you look around the forums here.

sounds like you are very close to having your conversion done! Will you hit the road and fly free at that time?

That's a good idea because I'm be looking for ideas/suggestions/advice for anything I could do better.

I'll post some pics into the builds sub-forum tomorrow.
