Question

Question:  What's the maximum photo size that can be uploaded to a post here?
Regards

John

I don't like to make advance plans.  It causes the word PREMEDITATED get thrown around in the courtroom!
I'm NOT crazy!  My mother had me tested! Cool

I was hoping that Gary, as Lord High Forum Owner, would have that info in the owners manual.  (Waiting for one or more of the ladies to chime in with:  "He's a man!  He'll never read the instruction manual!")

I tried to post a picture and it wouldn't take it.  It also wouldn't tell me WHY it wouldn't take it.  But it was a fairly large uncompressed JPEG, so I'm guessing it was just too big.  I could resize it, but it would be nice to know what I need to resize it to.
Regards

John

Much obliged.  500 kb, huh?  Yeah, my picture was a couple of mb.  Gonna have to do some resizing if I'm going to post here.

or get a free photo hosting site and upload there, let that site use up it's bandwidth and not this one,and this site auto sizes those so no issue posting

i use imgru.com https://gsj68.imgur.com/

I couldn't answer because I've been hosting my own photos for many years. Here's one I took for a friend in Vegas to help sell his car.
