YES! I have a Detroit Tru-Trak in my van. Tru-Trak is a Torsen  style that uses worm gears instead of the usual clutch packs.
I researched all the limited slips and lockers available for my van, and ended up settling on this system even though it was a bit more money because of reliability and lack of maintenance needed.
I had a company called Idaho Gear install mine and they used synthetic gear lube. I asked them about any maintenance routines needed, they said nope, just drive it.

you in idaho?
hows it work on wet grass, wet dirt roads and such?
not going to do 4x4 stuff but having all 4 rear wheels a turnin at the same time when needed would be nice

but geez, like $1500 to get it all done
but geez, driving down the highway sitting next to a v8 roaring at 2800 rpm is unacceptable
put it this way,you dont need brakes, just let off the throttle and the gear ratio stops you

Yup, Idaho where the high today was a balmy 27F. It did OK in snow last year, but I still haven't loaded it up the way I intend to for weight over the rear axle. Dirt roads are OK, but the mud still can be a bummer, although I haven't been stuck since that installation.
I have 3:92 gears in it with an OD trans. I have actually got better than 17 mph on highway runs with it, so not too bad for a 3/4 ton van. The little 318/5.2 L engine has plenty of zip for what it is. Not too noisy either.
When conditions get bad I just drive my little Subaru, that's what I got it for.

Yeah, I used to live in Vegas. This will be my second winter here. Nowadays Vegas is my favorite view in the rearview mirror.
No takers on that $5K yet? I'm sure they'll be along soon..........
