Yeah they supposedly improved the trans from the 5 speed to the 7 speed. Now why 7? GM had a 6 speed, Jeep/Fiat has a 9, Ford had a 6 then a 10, crazy... I guess 7 was the only number left when Nissan got to pick...

^Agree. So glad that Chevy is holding on strong. I rented a storage unit temporarily after my grandmother passed away, to house her stuff after the house sold, with family all around the country, it made sense to give everyone time to get what they wanted. Anyways, storage place had a free loaner van if you rented a unit, it was a Ford Transit 250 with high top. I hated how it drove and handled and it got stuck in our driveway......a perfectly flat driveway, but it is dirt. They grade the dirt road a few times a year and so there's a 6" hump of dirt (just like a mound of snow looks after being plowed) and the transit couldn't get over it. I was astonished. In 20 years of driving, vehicles of every sort and dozens of visitors a year in vehicles of every sort, i've never once had anyone get stuck driving over that insignificant hump of dirt.
