Multi-functional furniture, Kathleen... store stuff in ottomans and under tables covered in beautiful cloths... dollar store baskets to hold stuff as well... so many cool storage ideas now days!! Plastic rolling tub for under the bed storage, etc.

Exactly! Same situation as living in a van, except bigger. I already let go of more than 1/3 of my possessions. Got a long ways to go. Sort, sort, toss, toss...and yes, I've got tons of big bins, just have to cleverly hide them.

Welcome to the forum Kathleen.  Steamer trunks are your friend.  Besides storing stuff they make interesting tables.  Coffee tables, bed side tables, etc..  I have two of them from when I escaped back to the US from Germany.

Sounds really good. Now you have piqued my curiosity. I too would like to see photos. Smile

Love it! And I need a coffee table. Bins I got, trunks I could use, plus a cedar chest or two. Smile
