(I'm not sold on this brand, I'm researching still at this point...)
A mini litium battery?
https://www.litime.com/products/litime-1...0wh-energy
smallest, lightest it says?
This is the first I've heard of these. Would this be good? (I'm wanting at least 400AH of batteries) 19 pounds each...
Or would it be better to go with 2 of ... these:

I don't see the weight on these.

45.29#
https://www.litime.com/products/litime-1...4wh-energy
4x 19 is 76
2x 45.3 is 90.6
14.6 # less.
IIRC I read somewhere about more cells being harder to keep in balance .Think it might have been a residential site . Probably same issues though.
I think those LiTime 230 amp/h ones have 8cells 3.2v Series/Parallel 4x2
And the 100 amp/h ones have 4cells 3.2v in Series , so ? the same 16 total .
The more batteries you have , the more to monitor. But some people like that..
Less wiring with the 2 big ones! big ++ though.
I don't know of any other issues but right now I don't know what I don't know....arrrrrrgh.
We didn't cover LI in electronics school ,,,back in the 60s ,,,,tubes were big though. And those new transistor thingies that did the same thing just sounded like crap.....
Spend most of your life mastering lead/acid and now three giant steps up in just a few years.. And you KNOW as soon as we get this down it will be outdated by the next great advance in batt tech.
I'm gonna skip that reality for this round .LOL
stay tuned

90 pounds doesn't sound so bad compared to lead acid batteries, but that is a difference.
I've been reading a book by Will Prowze and trying to get a better understanding of solar. There's so much to a setup!

It is a lot simpler than putting together a truck load of audio gear to me , but I did that for 40 years.
Keep minding basics and the LI tweaks aren't so intimidating. Just elusive....things still under development keep popping up in updates.. I think we have enough experience here to get by , of course with a little help from our friends...

Some people opt for a big battery. Easier and a bit less space.
I chose 2 smaller batteries in parallel (100ah x 2 = 200ah) because I figure if one goes bad, I still have 100ah.. but that’s just my personal preference.
And I don’t need a Lot of power.
My body is a temple- Ancient and crumbling,
probably cursed

So if you decide you want more power, can you add on?
I guess I want to overdo it to make sure I have enough. Am I going about it wrong?
I'm wanting to put in 30 amp for times I need AC or the occaisonal topping off the batteries.
My kitchen is important to me because of how I eat...my foodi (air fryer/instant pot) uses 1700 watts. I won't use it every day, but what if I do...lol

We had storms last night. I found out why the escape hatch leaks...even when latched, it's not latched.
