In another life I helped instal a dump outlet (only) with plumbing running to it by the rear wheel of a van. We were just cleaning up when a volunteer came by looking for people not self contained.
Just checking, he said, but you are all compliant.
Sometimes I am just so AINT RIGHT!

“Self-contained units are those with a permanently affixed wastewater holding tank of 10-gallon minimum capacity.”
Otherwise you need to be, I believe, within 500’ of a vault toilet.
Shouldn’t be too difficult. I just need to do some careful planning and measuring of my under-van, and be willing to drill a hole in the floor.
But hey- aren’t mods what this whole game is about? We find a rig and then make it right for us…

You're an old pro at this point WTG !
You can glue that foam piece back onto the mattress.
It will fit perfectly where you cut it.
Spray contact cement like Scotch 88 or 90 IIRC.
Road case building 101. The commercial ones were pricey for a road musician...
stay tuned

Oh so many van-related projects…
One stupid little thing is the seatbelt light on the dash stays on.. (apparently the timer widget doesn’t any more.. lol) I will just pull the plug.. maybe on the buzzer too…
Really loud and annoying and an issue when combined wall my other ‘issues’.
Also on the same topic.. I need to figure out if I can swap out one of the other seat belt units.. for some STUPID reason the driver’s belt harness is much shorter (higher up) than all the others.. so the edge of the belt cuts into my neck.. sigh
Yeah, I put a kitten on it, but that means I deal with a wad of bulk under my chin.. sigh

Bummer- the front belts are different from the rear ones..
Seat belt pad got a hair cut.. (real sheepskin, so fairly easy..)
Taking rear seats out this weekend, and dismounting the BU cam and maybe installing it in this van.
And, if I have time, pulling out the carpet…

Oh- and the Bluetti power bank that randomly failed on the AZ trip.. well, I contacted Bluetti and, regardless of being past warranty period, they requested I return it for replacement. .. so glad they stand behind their products!

Also, while pulling seats out, I took time to truly appreciate just how Clean she is on the underside
