So- this weekend’s task list: trim bed legs to level to the floor, modify curtain rods for side windows, and install backup cam.

If you trim the beds legs to “level to the floor” isn’t that the same thing as cutting the legs completely off?

I mean leveling the bed- Relative to the floor.. (smartass.. lol)
And maybe, if y’all ask nice- there may be a short rough-draft tour vid..

Backup cam install to Way longer yesterday than it should have..
—- there were ‘issues’ lol
Special tool #27 needed.. I don’t have one.. had to improvise.
Then there was a Lot of staring while I figured out how/where to Put the little camera- between the shape of my tailgate and the need to have access to the hatch-handle and the angle limitations of the camera mount..
Then running the wiring.. I did a quick estimate and discovered that I was going to be about a foot short of reaching.. so it is temporarily ‘unsexy’ install until the extension arrives. Lol
May just do curtains today and call it good for now..
And I really need to do a major reorganization.. likely at the same time I am pulling out the bed to trim legs..

I too fell short. Size matters. So for others when/if you order the unit just add an extension when you order the unit. Save on ship and time. Still love my unit. No issues in four months.
