I had that 0% capacity, while the bank was full by the voltage and the lack of charging amps from the solar controller under clear sky with bright sun.
Annoying and useless.
Cheap Chinese BMS with a Hall effect sensor (square doughnut), de-installed it.

Very strange. Is it so? Cheap Chinese Crap? Victron has a good shunt and not horribly expensive for a victron.

Oh, fear not- I have the victron battery monitor and charger controller pair- and That is what controls my actual state of charge. I also spent the extra $ for the alleged Good bms touted by diySolar and Prowse. Not the cheepChinese discount bms.

Apparently bms units can sometimes become confused about pack voltage... I will be contacting OKS about this phenomenon on Monday.

It seems like other values show up , so you're not completely in the dark...
