can anybody tell if the roof rack mounts are mounted only to the rain gutters? does it look like they are fastened to the sides of the hightop? i can't tell just by enlarging the picture.

Maybe just keep saving cash until this Fall then look for a better camper van. That’s what I’m thinking of doing. One issue with this plan is fewer maybe advertised. Less choice. It seems there are more advertised now.

Basic rules about buying online.
If the reply mentions being in the military and needing to have the unit shipped to you. Listed in northern state but pictures show palm trees. Listed in southern states and pictures show snow. Less than four pictures If the reply looks like Jaybird wrote it..... RUN AWAY!  There must be a way that the trusted members could look at listings and give comments. I don’t think that any of the members here with over 500 posts would poach on someone’s find. Gary, how about it? Perhaps a senior members forum?
