When those tenderloins go on sale I picked up a half dozen or so. They freeze great with the heavy plastic, vacuumed seal wrap, and they run $3-$4 each. So easy to cook too.

The Family dollar in Ehrenberg has eggs that expire today for 75 cents a dozen. I bought a dozen, put them in a pan with water and dropped that into a solar oven for a few hours. They came out perfectly hard boiled and I will have egg salad sandwiches tomorrow.
