The Requested doses of Yotes
So sweet. I’m really enjoying my new dog too. She’s a huge fan of swimming and is going out for longer periods of time. She was just going out and swimming back but now she’s moseying around out there.

Yesterday I was at the pond and she had ran around to the complete other side. Georgie was on the paddle boat out there pulling weeds and Joker was standing by me. I don’t know which of us called her but instead of running around the pond she dove in and swam all the way across. I only have had one dog before that truly is as excited about water as she is and that was my first dog, a Doberman, who would stay out swimming in the water for hours before she came to shore.

My niece wants to take her to the lake swimming with her and decided that she needs a life jacket... I don’t think so but I bought her one just to settle my niece’s mind. If that Doby could stay out for hours I think this dog might be able to swim with my niece but if it makes her feel better then she can put the floatee on the pup.

How did that floatie do?
I'm not lost. I'm exploring.

I've seen many of those doggie preservers at campgrounds.
The dogs seem to float a little bit higher and none seemed bothered by it.

I think the main advantage is the dog can see the stick a little sooner on the retrieve,...
stay tuned

She’s fine with or without the floatee. She seems to be a bit higher up - I think
