Yet another forum noob, reporting for duty!
I'm not fulltime (yet), but have been living in my van (2005 Ford E350 extended) for about a year on my boss' farm. I have done road trips as often as he forgets to lock the chains when I clock out and made it to Eherenberg for CRVL Thanksgiving awhile back. I'm headed out with van and camera tomorrow, hopefully to Borrego or the Salton Sea, to catch the Geminids meteor shower, because it is supposed to be the best night to photograph the meteors.

Now that I've said that, I'm pretty sure I won't even get one on film, 'cause I just ain't right.

Welcome Socal. I have a similar E350 extended and hope to get to Arizona myself by the end of the month. I'm stuck near Bakersfield getting medical tests until then.

Can't say Bakersfield is my favorite part of the state, but have been in the area many times.

I post a ton of pictures here. No one has complained. I’d love to see what you have. I am a full time nomad and photography is one of my main things. My specialty is ghost towns and abandoned vehicles, but I also do a lot of landscape stuff.
