Rob I opted to get a little hotspot thing from AT&T. Costs the same $20 a month and works great

I have a straight talk hotspot... Got the device for $39 and pay $15 for 1G of data a month. If I need more, I can add anytime.

We have the Verizon jet pack. We paid 70 dollars for hardware and currently pay 5 bucks a month for truly unlimited 3G.... we love love love it. Again..... cheers Blanch on the heads up.
