My friend who lives outside Charleston on a barrier island got a call from South Carolina Governor Henry Mcmaster saying to call all his friends and family and grab all their 'shit', and get the 'hell' out over the bridges or by boat. Texted me the recording.

The latest GFS model has it stalling on the OBX, then slowly working its way south.

If that came to pass it would be a worst case scenario for the OBX.

That system in the eastern Carribean has now been given a 60% chance of becoming anamed storm, and texas is in the cross hairs of that.

Issaic is going to do something to the Antilees and likely move NW towards the US,

Maui is supposed to get a direct Hit By Olivia as a tropical storm.

I too would be heading west and now rather than later. Survival is easy but why suffer when You don't have to.

My friend in just 1 mile inland from Onslow bay. She has more than 100 farm animals.

She has ridden out storms in her bunker...big enough for all, but this time I worry she may be flooded out before it is over.

Looks like the eye will pass just to her north..about at New Bern.
