I have the smallest RV bathroom ever made, but it works and I have used the shower.

From the time I was a child there has always been someone that said "you can't do that". It has become something that I almost enjoy hearing anymore because if you know me, you know I will end up doing it one way or another. Years ago it was you can't use solar panels like a generator, then you can't have air conditioning on solar and we all know how that turned out. Come to think of it, I don't think I find anything quite as inspiring as "you can't do that".

Why would someone tell YOU that? Who cares?

Um... your bathroom looks familiar:

I love that it’s a wet bath. There is so much more room in it than what I’ve had with my other RVs.

I'm the exact same way Jim.  In fact the Dr that told me i'd never be able to walk unassisted again did more for me than she will ever know.

Me and my dog enjoy our daily hikes immensely.

from it all every so often.

And even though I have not taken my RV out and camped/used it yet, I have used the shower and I feel very comfortable
and at home in it, and I don`t for see any problems once I go full time.

Other than having to empty the tanks and get water, its seems like no big deal to me, it just becomes a routine once
you get into it, right ?.

I don't know about you but speaking from experience if you're a city person changing scenery then it's a big lifestyle change and it will take a while to get used to. Especially if you're used to living in a large house and then down sizing to a camper. Also if you're used to having a lot of friends and family around and then not having them nor a support system can be very depressing and lonely. No offence to anyone, but in my own honest opinion living a solitary life in a confined space with little to no amenities does break a person. Maybe that's what your friend is trying to express to you.

My friends and family don't tell me I can't do something anymore.  My sister told me that my living in a small TT drove my Mother nuts that I lived that way, but Mom never said anything to me about it.

I live in a very rural area, farm land all around in every direction for miles. The nearest camping area is ten miles from were I live now, and town is only a mile away. so I have a choice of staying in town or going to the camping area.

When i`m at home I spend ninety percent of my time in my room, so I am used to small places.
I am a loner, I don`t like crowds or a lot of people being around. I do like visiting with friends though.

Just because you live in an RV does not mean that you are living a solitary life in a confined space with little to no amenities,
that part of your statement makes no sense. My RV has all of the amenities that you would have in a house.

My RV has a bathroom with shower and toilet, refrigerator, stove, microwave, sink, hot and cold water, heater, air conditioner, maxxair vent fan, tv, dvd and vhs player, and video games. I wouldn`t call all of that little or no amenities. (soon to have solar panels)

The only thing I have to do that you don`t have to do while living in a house is dump my holding tanks and refill my
water tank.
