How do I post up pics here?

I have a free account with picturetrail and then I copy the image location and paste it between the [img] [/img] brackets.

Most of my pics I just host here. I type my post then goto Preview Post and the option to add images is near the bottom there. First you add\upload the Pic, then Insert it into post.

you can use the add attachment at the bottom but need to have the file size small enough or use a free image host and then post here,there is also an add image option in the post options
