I think you missed a region. Probably would be named North Central Region.

I don't see the point to Hawaii and the other overseas territories.  None of us are going to drive there.

Canada and Mexico make sense, although we might want to combine Mexico with the other Central American countries- Costa Rica, Guatamala, etc.
