Since CRVL is back up, I’m sure you can get some info from there, it helped me a lot till it got too moderated and frankly, too big.
Anyway, go onto YT videos and search “minivan dweller” or anything of the sort, and you will find everything from super fancy woodworker conversions (portable) to plain and simple “Walmart” equipment based designs.
On your list of 5, a shower and heat will be the most difficult, there are various shower setups and tents you can read about, several being based off of 1 or 2 gallon hand pump pressure sprayers, as well as some aquarium recycling pump motor models.
Heat is always going to be LP based as you’ll never pull off electric resistance heat in a minivan (or any van for that matter). BW of CRVL fame has a couple videos addressing both matters.
Being a city dweller in a Prius I cannot make any permanent changes or be using the outside as a campsite, however I can use gyms and gas station bathrooms for cleaning up. Heat is so far not needed.
