West Texas stars are amazing. In Ehrenberg the stars were nice, but not West Texas amazing. Will have to see how they look where I'm at now. Thinking the lights should be less than Ehrenberg.

EDIT: Listen to Blanch, she has more experience with AZ stars than me.

Welcome Riverman, glad you found us.

I'm a fresh water fisherman myself and also have a fondness for rivers. It's been a few years since I've casted my line, but this year i'll be out and about fishing away. I do a little of everything, fly fishing, bait casting, trolling, lures, etc. Fly fishing is when i'm happiest though.

After mowing and cleaning out a fence line today I talked John and my nephew into going to the pond to fish. I have too many bass and was hoping they could take out about ten so I can restock more bluegill.

I’ve been down there feeding everyday and about ten bass come to eat each day along with probably 50 bluegill. All the bluegill are bigger than the bass like to eat and any babies are eaten up right away

Today, zero fish.... it’s a little cold. Maybe they went to the bottom.

Talking about fishing... what I like is ultralight spin fishing for smallmouth bass, and then fly fishing for trout.

I want to go to Maine to do some fishing and out west, of course.

In this area, NC and VA is pretty good fishing too.
