Today, I decided to design and build a wood semi temporary prototype Exhaust fan shroud for my passenger side window, as I had 
all the materials on hand.

These fans are fairly powerful 12v fans, but one is a cheapo sleeve bearing, and together they draw 15 watts at ~ 12.8v.  I've had them laying around for a decade or so, in favor of quieter more powerful and more efficient fans. I think one is rated for 120CFM and the other is 95CFM.

But for now, they will do.

It takes me about 5 seconds to install this in the window channel and raise the window and plug it in.  It is fairly secure, but someone wanting in would have to exert about half the force to break it as compared to breaking the window.  I could easily beef it up.  The seam is a Piano hinge so I can bend it just enough to slide the ends into the window track sides, then slide it in to the upper track.  

Right now I am just using a 16 foot 12v extension cord I have with anderson powerpoles on it.  I have a backup ciggy plug voltage speed controller, and can run the fans at 3. 4.5. 6, 9 and 12volts, or can easily bypass the controller and get upto near 14.7v to them.

Amp draw and noise and air moved  directly related to voltage.

I spent zero dollars in the making of this, but there is some temporary halfassery going on interms of holding the fans to the shroud requiring some fasteners i did not want to go get.

With My 3 intake fans on the opposite corner of the van, there is excellent cross ventilation with the doors closed.

These new fans should be able to exhaust just over 210 cubic feet per minute, in addition to the ~150 CFM exhaust on my ceiling, and the 3 intake fans shich can push the estimated ~350CFM into the Van.

I think I have some window tint laying around, but it is not mirrorred.  I could perhaps just stack two layers  attached and  rolled onto  a Dowell with magnets holdint it to window frame, and have Fiona Invisible behind it under the new fan shroud, cool and safe and sound.
