Some things I looked into for my RAV4 (before it got hotter than all get out here) was a roof top tent or a tent that goes out the back of the car. Hatchback tent I guess they're called.
Either of these might be better sleeping quarters for you with your height. My one and only night of sleeping in my RAV (so far) was not comfortable at all. I haven't given up the idea completely, but I definitely need cooler weather.
Sort out where/how to sleep first, go from there.
There are a lot of youtube videos of SUV camping on Youtube. Watch a few videos to get some ideas.
