Another thought is re build the seal with black RTV silicone.
(or that stuff the auto glass replacement guys use?)
Maybe as a temp fix or might be the fix by itself.
Clean the seal really well with 91% Isopropyl alcohol. Let it dry.
Overfill RTV in the seal dent , put wax paper against the frame , close the door.
Wait 24 hours.
Trim excess if needed.
(You might be able to shape the RTV by hand if you have sculpting skills?)
Look at it this way, your toilet and tub didn't just fall into the kitchen.
