These panels are factory defects that we got last year. 2 200 watt panels that only put out 100 each. I hooked them up today, and they charged the battery with indirect sunlight. ( They are facing East and the sun was in the west.). I have a used battery that I bought in Quartzsite to power the jack on the trailer. The lights are nice. Now I just have to finish running wires and install lights in the rest of the barn.
Most of this project is built from leftovers. Actual cost will be about $100 for a new controller, some lights, and switches.
Now to take pictures and have Camilla post them. My phone still hates me.
