The stuff the the guy parked next to me the other day had a thin plastic film on (at least) one side. It looked like it was peeling up on the corners on the top sheet. It looked like it was temporary/protective.
I've seen the foil-covered foam -- it looked permanent, and I could see a useful reason for it. No decisions made yet. |
