Off grid staying cool???

Forget the dog, I want the cooling pad for me to lay on...
the wet T-shirt... works for a while... then I have to get the kids to squirt me down again.
The temp is supposed to be hot again tomorrow so the spray bottles go back in the fridge tonight.
Hanging laundry indoors contributes to already too much humidity but laundry happens...
