I had to shake my head at one of the videos were he was hocking a cheap trailer. Can't remember which brand it was but the price tag was $2500 for the base model. When he stood facing the camera and said "Sell everything you own and buy one of these $2500 trailers" that was it for me. I unsubscribed from his YT channel and rarely go to the forum anymore. That in itself is completely reckless and will more than likely lead to some seriously miserable people. Yeah, he has probably helped countless clueless people with information about living cheap but all it takes is one disillusioned and miserable person and he might have some crosshairs on his forehead. Lots of crazy people out there. I've learn about a lot of new technology that wasn't available in my "full time" days and that is all I use that forum for when I do go. Seems like full timing is far easier these days than way back in the early 80's. Back then all we had was Coleman stoves and lanterns, pay phones you stopped at to make a call, fold up maps that may or may not be accurate and coolers with ice for your perishables. Unless of course you had the big bucks and bought a "real" RV. I lived in a Pinto station wagon, a customized Econoline van and a 12' Scotty camper during those times and loved every minute of it. But hey, now you can sell everything you own and buy a $2500 trailer and life will smile on you so sayeth Sandy Claus.
