Truck Cap

So...Im still debating on what to do with my truck bed space. Either cap it or truck camper. TC would be recreational so a cap seems like a better use for my bed. 
 . . . Im not sure how practical it would be. Dont know anyone with one.

I camped in a truck with a cap for two weeks some years ago while I was taking some shooting classes in NH.

You definitely don't live IN such a rig, you live OUT of this setup.

And I am certainly no longer young enough/limber enough to do it again.

For some people who pull trailers, this works for good, inexpensive, weatherproof storage.  And by moving the stored items to the trailer, and shifting your mattress and bedding to the back of the truck, you could take the occasional overnight trip into the back country where you couldn't pull the trailer.

But I wouldn't try to live full time in such a set up.  Then again, some people live full time in passenger cars . . .
