plugin to read members private messages

i was looking at plugins for the site and came across one that will let the admin and mods read the members private messages,i will not be getting it but say someone who likes to control and micromanage everything might just use it,if you get what i am saying,no knowledge of anything just saying it's out there 

i was looking at go to first unread for gotsmart and live chat box and just browsing,i dont know how to add them,need belinda to teach me when free time comes
