reflextics - well the shiny bubble wrap type stuff
#47
Someone mentioned cleaning with rubbing alcohol, first. I did that, then stuck on velcro. Put my reflectix shades on and off several times, to check, and it worked finest kind. Left them on for a few days, and when I took them off, both sides of the velcro came right along with the darn things. Don't care about the side windows, but I'd like to be able to stick that big rear one down properly, and take it off easily, because we'll be traveling.
Also, those darn lexan windows in the roof. I'm hoping my fibreglas expert stepson will help me take the damn things out and rebuild that area next summer, but in the meantime, one of them has a small leak in it, and they've all been siliconed to a fare-thee-well. Accepting that I don't have a place to get this thing in out of the cold, so likely can't do anything substantive in terms of getting rid of the old caulk, what should I get that might work, and that I could use to do it properly when I get to the warm places, please???
