The Denver Post newspaper today had an article about "people living in vehicles" and how they are not allowed to park on public "rights of way" in El Paso County (the county that Colorado Springs occupies). Here's the link. http://www.denverpost.com/2017/12/14/peo...nty-roads/
The county commissioner(s) said "that's what rv parks are for" or something else equally uneducated...
Just FYI for Colorado residents or those visiting there...

I'm sure he would be much more comfy in a refrigerator box , DOWN BY THE RIVER!!!
Of course , it WILL be hard to stop people from sneaking up while he's sleeping and using a sharpie to print a nice big permanent L on his forehead.

Most of them simply need a few months on a street corner, at the mercy of their fellow man to understand that, indeed, the struggle is real. "We" are not a part of their reality. I have no idea how to remedy this other than raw life experience, or a .226 from 100m.
