Signed up for Visible phone service & was trading an android phone in. It came early last week with no return label & everything but the phone worked. I used a phone # they gave me. I can't call, recieve or text so I used my wifes & they said the e-mailed a return label which was a lie, they seem helpful but don't seem to know much. I think it's defective after hours of trying to get it to work & asked to send a new one & a label to return the new one & trade in. Now they won't respond at all. You can't call or e-mail them so does anyone a way to contact them? Any help & advice will be greatly appreciated, Thanks!

Visible is owned and operated by Verizon . Try calling them.

They won't do a thing as it's a different company owned by Verizon. I found a # to Visible, it tells you they only use chat or text.

They have to hold down costs to provide cheap service. This is the price you pay. If you want better service, you are going to have to pay more for it. I think it is as simple as that.

true, automation is cheap, AI will rule eventually, forget chatting with real people unless you do want to pay the prices for that service....good one B and C, just didn't think of it in that context but oh so true, the dollar rules the system.

We've done all we can. I ran it thru paypal which started a claim so I ll only be out the time & hassle but it sounded so good & if we didn't get a defective phone it would have been great. Thanks for the input!

I guess they can lie as well as many other companies.
Like the places you call and they tell you how important your call is to them, but you have to wait for 45 minutes.
