Tuna salad sandwich ???
Can of tuna , jar of pickles , stick of celery , an  onion , a slice of bread ..........rotate bites.

this is kind of how I eat all the time. whole foods separate or...rotated.  I like cooking when I have energy...
make great stewiee...soups!  mmm venison stewwww...

my latest odd but good concoction isss

beef soup bone - marrow is the most nutritious part.. Cook all day, fridge over night, then scoop off fat.

start over!  with broth, add a few brussel sprouts, (previously..saute'd/fried mushrooms, onions, cooked slab bacon bits..
season to taste THen add a small can of tomato paste.

very hearty!  need more to chomp into? add semi cooked brown rice..  hits the spot!

I found these great heat-in-the-bag Indian meals for $2 each. They had all kinds of different varieties. I loaded up on them before I left. I don't like boil in bag rice, but I could have put both pouches - rice and the main dish - in the same pot of boiling water.  Best part about them was that all the ingredients are actual food.  Just the vegetables and spices. Vegetarian too for those who prefer that.

So what do you put in your tuna?
My kids liked it fried with crushed Fritos, egg and grated carrots.
I'm not lost. I'm exploring.
