There are many many out there.  Yes, crunchy and arguably the best fried chicken comes from a pressure cooker.  Colonel Sanders travelled the country with his seasoning blend and a pressure cooker.... I thought you were from Kentucky woman???

If you ever get to Corbin Ky, the KFC museum is there.   Pilot and Loves truck stop and it is in walking or biking distance.  KFC uses a Henny Penny pressure fryer so yep, pressure frying chicken is probably the most awesome way of cooking it.



Notice one of the spices he uses is that Creole stuff I posted about.. mmmm mmmmm mmmmmmmmmm
